Welcome to Aarogya Online. By using our platform, including the Aarogya Tithi and Aarogya Doctor applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Platform

Aarogya Online provides a digital health ecosystem to facilitate medical record management and clinical consultations. Our platform is a technology tool and does not provide medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician for any medical condition.

2. User Accounts

• Patients: Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities under their ABHA-linked account.
• Doctors: Must provide accurate medical credentials and comply with clinical standards of practice.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Data Privacy & ABDM Integration

Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy. By linking your ABHA ID, you authorize the platform to exchange health information across the ABDM network based on the specific consents you provide.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false health information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to breach the platform's security or encryption measures.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aarogya Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Clinical decisions and treatments remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
